Electric Skateboard - Generation x of different Transportation?

Couple of years ago I saw something online that absolutely changed my life!

Videos about electric skateboards. Since then I've had at least 3 different boards, which is just as much a tribute to how much I love these babies. But unfortunately since it is with their biggest weakness, they break easily. But I still keep purchasing brand new ones or buying parts for that old ones.

"The electric skateboard was invented by Californian Louis Finkle. Louis made the 1st analogue electric skateboard in 1993. It took seven years to arrive at production, and thirteen years later it has yet to succeed in the tipping point where we have now stand on the verge of mass popularity of electric skateboards".

So what is so competent with regards to a electric skateboard?

They're extremely fast. We're talking 20-25 mph and much more. Beware!!!
Besides being fast, it's incredible FUN!!!

Instead of going for a car abbreviated trips, Now i glide my way to the newspaper stand and back.

It seems like you're flying extremely low. If you zoom around you tend to look forward (obviously), meaning you won't ever visit your feet. It somehow is like your gliding 6 inches over pavement.

The range is also quite decent. The furthest I managed to get was obviously a 14 mile ride. After wards the battery needed a full charge up.

You control the board using a pistol grip controller that controls the acceleration and regenerative braking. It is pretty very easy to ride a electric skateboard although you may haven't ever ridden a skateboard before. If you ask me, there's a lot easier when compared to a regular skateboard while you have always each of your feet around the deck.

The sole drawbacks in the electric skateboard are which they break fairly easily and go slowly up hills. The emblem I propose, E-Glide, carries a good warranty. 90-day warranty for the board and electronics. 6 month battery warranty.

There are two companies who make these boards: Altered, formerly generally known as Exkate, and E-Glide. Altered boards possess a cool wireless controller, though the boards are made in China and the support isn't best.

E-Glide, conversely are extremely dedicated and care what they are selling. They concentrate on only using high quality components to create their electric skateboards. Furthermore these are the only electric skateboard company who doesn't import premade powerboards from China.

Personally, i ride the E-Glide "44 Magnum" a Madrid board developed by Crossbow USA. Plenty of concave, beautiful lines. At 44 inches long, this is a Ferrari among electric skateboards.

Until someone invents the Hoverboard, these babies are it!!!
